Below you’ll find copies of all the published CAA polices, adherence with which helps us ensure that the organisation is being run in a safe, inclusive and equitable manner.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

The CAA does all it can to act with integrity in all its activities. We are committed to the highest standards of ethics and honesty and we operate a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. The giving or receiving of bribes, and any other form of corrupt payment, in any course of conduct involving the Association, is unacceptable.

Anti-Bullying Policy

The CAA seeks to provide an environment that is safe and enjoyable for all. Bullying has a detrimental effect on the Association and its people. It can create an unsafe working environment, result in a loss of valuable volunteers and staff, cause the breakdown of teams and individual relationships, increase absenteeism and reduce efficiency and productivity.
